Michelle Randolph, the acclaimed actress, offered her followers a glimpse into her personal style recently. The star, currently featured in the series "Landman," posted a mirror selfie to her Instagram Story on Sunday, where she was seen sporting a white triangle bikini top paired with a black skirt and a baseball cap.
The 28-year-old actress was captured sitting on the floor in front of a wood-paneled wall, her knees bent, as she held her phone to take the photo. Her casual ensemble was completed with black-and-red slide sandals, an assortment of layered bracelets, and rings. Nearby, a pair of sunglasses and a glass rested on the floor, contributing to the effortless feel of the image.
This candid moment on social media arrives as Randolph continues to garner significant attention for both her professional endeavors and her life away from the camera.
A Flourishing Career and Public Romance
Randolph first gained recognition for her portrayal of Elizabeth Strafford in Taylor Sheridan’s "1923," a prequel to "Yellowstone." She has since joined another Sheridan production, "Landman," where she plays Ainsley Norris, the teenage daughter of Billy Bob Thornton’s character, Tommy Norris.
The actress's burgeoning career has naturally brought more focus to her personal life, particularly her relationship with fellow actor Glen Powell.
Speculation about a romance between Randolph and Powell began in November 2025 when they were observed dancing together in Powell's hometown of Austin, Texas. Their connection continued to be noted in subsequent months through various sightings in both Los Angeles and New York City.
Powell officially confirmed their relationship on July 7 by sharing a black-and-white photograph of the couple kissing on Instagram. This public announcement followed several weeks after they had been photographed holding hands and sharing a kiss during an outing in Manhattan.
Navigating Privacy in the Public Eye
Despite the growing interest surrounding her relationship, Randolph has consistently maintained a private stance regarding her personal affairs.
"I think, for peace of mind, those are really important for me to keep separate," she shared with InStyle earlier this year. "How people perceive you publicly is not who you are."
She reiterated this perspective in a February conversation with Bustle.
"I think my personal life is so separate than my work life. And I understand that my job is something public, and I’ve chosen that," Randolph stated. "But I just think for my peace of mind, I just try to keep those things as separate as possible. And it’s hard, but it’s important to me."
Randolph has also discussed the challenges of managing increased scrutiny as her acting career progresses. In a December 2025 interview for Interview magazine with her "Landman" co-star Demi Moore, Randolph revealed the necessity of unlearning the habit of overly valuing external opinions.
"I had to really unlearn caring so much about what people thought of me," she explained.
The actress noted that reducing her phone usage and dedicating time to her family are key to staying grounded.
"Honestly, I have to just shut a certain part of my brain off, and I’ve gotten better at doing it," Randolph said. "I’ve gotten a lot better at not being on my phone as much, trying to be really present in just my life in general. And my family keeps me really, really grounded."
Randolph further elaborated on the contrast between the glamorous aspects of her career and her home life, which she describes as distinctly ordinary.
"You go on these crazy press tours and you’re doing all these fabulous things, and then it’s like I go home and my parents are like, ‘Unload the dishwasher, please.’"
